Let's Make Soup: January is National Soup Month!

There are hundreds of kinds of soup from chicken noodle to tomato and minestrone to butternut squash. I have several favorites. What's yours?

Some soup recipes have lots of ingredients while others only have a few. But even the easy ones taste incredible cooked from scratch. Tomato soup is simple but it is one of the most popular soups in the world.

Creamy Tomato Soup

Speaking of tomato soup, my copycat Panera Bread tomato soup tastes better than theirs. It only has a few ingredients for a rich tomato flavor with thick cream mixed in and lots of herbs and spices.

Cheeseburger Soup

This soup is like a bowl of cheeseburgers mixed with creamy cheesy soup. The perfect comfort food for the family to enjoy on a cold night.

Taco Soup

For something different, serve taco soup instead of cheeseburger. My kids love this soup! And it is so easy to make with corn, beans, ground beef, and tomato sauce.

Bacon Ranch Potato Soup

Cooked low and slow in the crockpot, my creamy soup is hearty and cheesy with tasty bacon and ranch to make it addictive. It is so easy to make because the slow cooker does it all.
