National Hydration Day!

Did you know the average person is actually dehydrated? Almost 75% of Americans only drink 2.5 cups of water per day! You are supposed to drink between 10 and 13 cups per day. So, drink up!

This is actually four recipes in one and they are all incredibly tasty and good for you. Citrus, cucumber-rosemary, tropical, and citrus-berry are all made with natural and fresh ingredients and pure clean water. 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

In this recipe, you not only get hydrated but you also get a full belly. With a full serving of strawberries and bananas as well as milk and Greek yogurt, this one has it all and then some!

Sure, I know drinking alcohol can dehydrate you but that is only if you drink too much. And this has lots of orange juice in it too. It is a delicious summer breeze to enjoy any time of the year!

Easy Orange Julius

If you have never had an orange julius, think of an orange ice cream bar you used to get from the ice cream truck when you were a kid. In a cup. That you can drink with a straw. That is what this is. 

Pineapple Lemonade

Lemonade is delicious but pineapple lemonade is incredible! This one is even more than that. It is outstanding! With lemon, lime, pineapple, coconut, cucumber, Sprite soda, sugar, and mint leaves, this is an amazing way to stay hydrated!
