Ice cream sundaes

Ice cream is one of my favorite desserts to make. It goes great in sundaes with hot chocolate or caramel sauce and some whipped cream and nuts on top. Summer or winter, I love the creaminess in my coffee too.

Whether it is chocolate, vanilla, or some kind of fruit you like, I have all those recipes here for you to try. You may not need an ice cream maker or churn but you will need to chill it so start early.

Tangerine Sorbet

I am starting with this one because it's my easiest with just ONE INGREDIENT. All you need is tangerines for this yummy ice cream. It is so simple too. Just peel them, freeze them, and grind them up. I like to add honey to mine.

Oreo Ice Cream

This recipe is not much harder with only three ingredients and is even more indulgent and creamy. The chocolatey delicious ice cream is one of my favorites and just takes a few minutes to make. The hardest part is waiting six hours for it to chill.

Avocado Ice Cream

What I like most about my avocado ice cream is the blend of different flavors that taste so amazing together. It's made with mint, chocolate chips, maple syrup, coconut milk, and creamy avocados. You have to taste it to believe it.

Strawberry Ice Cream

This is not your normal strawberry ice cream although I do put fresh strawberries in it. It is also made with fresh cream and dark chocolate chunks for extra flavor in every bite. I do use an ice cream maker for this recipe though.

For this tangy and zesty cherry ice cream, there is no churning involved. My recipe only calls for some cream, sugar, cherries, milk, and lime. Then, you just have to blend it before freezing it for six hours. I usually just let mine freeze overnight.
