National Greasy Food Day is October 25th so Celebrate with Something Delicious.

From crispy fried chicken to cheesy meatloaf dripping with juices, I love making meals full of their own drippings. Call it grease, fat, or whatever you want, but to me, it is flavor. 

Even beer-battered fish can be considered greasy food when you deep fry it. But I still love it. And donuts are deep fried in oil but hey, I have to have them sometimes too.
