February 28th is Chili Day - Let's Make a Pot of Chili!

There are so many ways to make chili with beef, turkey, chicken, or just beans and veggies for a vegan dinner.

There are other meals made with chili too like Chili mac, Chili colorado, and chili Dogs, which are my kids favorite!

Best Original Classic Chili

My original classic chili stands out from the other chili recipes because of my unique blend of seasonings and special secret ingredients. I also use the best tomatoes from San Marzano because they have the richest tomato flavor. Give this recipe a try and you'll never go back.

Instead of the regular red beefy chili, I sometimes like to make this thick, white, chili with creamy broth and tender juicy chicken. The sauce has extra sour cream and heavy cream as well as pepper jack cheese for extreme richness.

Best Wendy’s Chili Copycat

For anyone who has ever had and loved Wendy's chili, this is the chili recipe to try. Not only is it full of flavor but it is easy to make and tastes better than the real thing. My special blend of seasonings make it perfectly amazing.

Made in less than an hour with just a handful of ingredients, this is a comfort food that comes together without any hassle. The instant pot does all the work for you. Just dump it in, set it, and let it cook.

Instant Pot Three Bean Chili

Chili Mac

This was one of my favorite foods growing up and now my kids love it too. With tons of gooey cheese and lots of beefy taste, the pasta makes this a hearty meal that fills everyone up. Make it as spicy or mild as you like and don't forget my secret ingredient for extra rich flavor!
