Everyone needs to eat more fruit and veggies on May 21st

Ever since I was a child, I was always told to eat more fruits and vegetables. And now I am a vegetarian so I took that advice to heart. But you don't have to be a vegetarian to eat more fruits and veggies!

Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Dressing 

Whether you love all fruits or just certain ones, this recipe is for you. I like it with blueberries, raspberries, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, mangos, and pineapples but you can use your favorites.

One Pan Lemon Broccoli Pasta 

With broccoli, farfalle pasta, cream, lemon, and a variety of fresh herbs and spices, this is a nice dinner whether you are eating vegetarian or just want some veggies and pasta. 

This delicious salad has it all from sweet pineapples and blueberries to tangy cucumbers and onions. Toss in some radishes and avocados for a hearty dinner salad.

You don't have to be a cowboy to enjoy this delicious mixture of veggies and beans. It has corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, and avocados in a honey mustard dressing.
