Cherries galore

Cherries have 17 antioxidants, which is more than any other fruit, making them a superfruit. Besides that, they taste incredible. Tart, sweet, and tangy, you do not have to peel them or anything. Just don't eat the pit!

You can use cherries in all sorts of things from sweet to savory. I have recipes for pie, cake, pudding, and ice cream as well as a smoothie and some delicious pork chops.
