I Have A Bunch of Great Recipes to Share for Egg Month

Sometimes, I use eggs as a decorative part of my meal as well as making them the best tasting part of the meal.

Other times, the eggs aren't even eggs at all. These chocolate peanut butter eggs are delicious, but they aren't really eggs.

Bacon Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito

Let's start with my favorite breakfast burrito. I love to make these easy homemade burritos for fast on-the-go meals to get us started in the morning when we are in a hurry. The kids love them and we do too!

Looking for a lighter breakfast or making something else? This recipe for making eggs in the air fryer is wonderful. In 15 minutes, I get perfectly cooked eggs to make deviled eggs or egg salad.

Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs

Deviled Egg Potato Salad

Speaking of deviled eggs; with this recipe, I can have those and my favorite potato salad too. It is so creamy and tangy with three different kinds of mustard, pickle relish, red and green onions, and lots of perfectly cooked eggs, you get everything in one recipe.

This is one of my favorite Asian dishes and I like to make it for breakfast just to change things up. Loaded with vegetables and homemade Chinese sauce, it is packed with flavor. The bell peppers and mushrooms give it extra heartiness so nobody leaves hungry.

Instant Pot Egg Bites

I was inspired by Starbucks but mine are much fluffier and so moist because they are made in the instant pot. The tender little egg bites are the perfect size for kids and they love them too. With bacon, cheese, and garlic, they are flavorful and the milk makes them creamy.
