How to Celebrate Potato Day on October 27th

Homemade sweet potato pie is just as delicious as my pumpkin pie and is definitely one of my holiday favorites.

Slow cooker Potato soup is another one of my favorites.

You can put just about anything in slow cooker potato soup from cheese to bacon, chives, ham, beans, and rice. Toss in some extra vegetables too like mushrooms and spinach.

Crack Mashed Potatoes

They get their nickname from being so addictive. They certainly are ridiculously delicious with all the bacon, cheese, and ranch seasoning I put in them. My recipe also adds two kinds of cream with softened butter, garlic, and onion.

My perfectly seasoned crispy potatoes are so simple to make in the air fryer in minutes with this foolproof recipe. They're fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, like they came from a gourmet restaurant. Topped with parmesan, these are the bomb!

Let the slow cooker take over and do all the work for you with my recipe for these cheesy potatoes. The rich side dish can be done when the rest of the meal is done but you don't have to do anything to it but let it cook. And with three kinds of cheese, it is amazing.

I mentioned how delicious my sweet potato pie is so I have to include the recipe. The blend of sweet and savory make it the perfect mixture for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or anytime of the year. And it is really easy to make with my instructions.

Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Potato Soup

I mentioned this before too and it is worth another mention to share the recipe because this is a full meal. With this rich, thick, hearty soup and a loaf of bread, you can serve a family and still have some leftovers. This is the ultimate soup meal.
