Eat your beans

There are hundreds of types of beans from black beans to black-eyed peas.  In fact, the chickpeas in your hummus are actually garbanzo beans. All beans are healthy and can be turned into delicious dishes to enjoy.

You can blend beans with other vegetables to make a salad, with rice and seasonings to make a big pot of rice and beans, or with bacon, sausage, and greens for cannellini soup.

Mexican Black Bean Salad

This salad is more than just healthy and delicious. It is also attractive enough to be on your Instagram page. It's full of veggies like tomatoes, bell peppers, avocados, corn, onions, and green onions too.

Chili Mac

The first thing I think of when I am considering bean recipes is chili. This chili mac is full of garlic, herbs and spices, tomatoes, beans, and cheese with ground beef and pasta soaking up the sauce.

For more beans, less pasta, and additional veggies, this chili is done in less than 30 minutes. Full of incredible flavor with kidney, cannellini, and pinto beans, this chili is packed with power.

Slow Cooker Rice And Beans

You can make this without barely lifting a finger. Dump the ingredients in the pot and let the slow cooker take over. All you need are beans, rice, broth, salsa, and herbs.

Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl Copycat

If you have had this delicious dish at the famous restaurant, you know how great it would be to make it at home. Now that you have an easy recipe, you can do it with no problem. And it is better than theirs.
