Meat on a stick

Eating anything on a stick makes it easier to enjoy. There is no need for plates, silverware, or worrying about getting your hands dirty. You can walk around and eat or have a meal on the go.

With just a handful of ingredients and some skewers, you can make a meal on a stick that has meat, vegetables, and sometimes fruit. It is enough to satisfy a craving or serve a few to make it a meal.

Grilled Pork Skewers

With just four ingredients and my homemade pineapple lime marinade, these tangy grilled skewers are done in less than 30 minutes. I like to let mine marinate overnight for maximum flavor and they are full of smoky garlic honey BBQ taste. 

Keto Italian Chicken Skewers

These low-carb chicken skewers are also easy to make in about 15 minutes. Similarly, I like to marinate them overnight for maximum flavor in buttermilk Italian dressing. Then they are grilled for just 10 minutes!
