Asian meals

Whether I am preparing a meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I can turn it into Asian cuisine with no problem. From Egg Foo Young to General Tso Chicken, it is not difficult to find something my family will love to eat.

For those who have never used chopsticks, it can take a bit of practice. Start with recipes that have larger pieces of food like General Tso chicken, Asian chicken salad, and Mongolian beef.

Egg Foo Young

Egg Foo Young is the perfect Asian dish to start with. It is easy to make and ready in less than 30 minutes. With eggs, veggies, and a homemade sauce, everyone will love this delicious breakfast so much they will want to have it for dinner too.

Asian Chicken Salad

Moving on to lunch, this Asian chicken salad has a bit of everything. From grilled chicken to ramen as well as mango, mandarin oranges, nuts, and carrots, it is packed with flavor. Then it is topped with my homemade spicy peanut honey dressing.

When I want something spicy, I make my General Tso chicken. The homemade sauce is made like the takeout version but a little less spicy and a bit sweeter. But it is just as flavorful and the chicken is so tender and juicy!

Hunan Chicken

For a truly authentic Chinese meal that has not been Americanized, try this Hunan chicken recipe. I use authentic spicy Hunan sauce and perfected the original recipe to have it done in less than 30 minutes. And it's so easy!

Mongolian Beef

Better than PF Chang's, my Mongolian beef is rich, tender, and sweet with thin-sliced steak and thick sauce. Mixed with broccoli and bell peppers, and topped with green onions and sesame seeds, this is the perfect Asian dish.
