February is chocolate lovers' month so let's make chocolate recipes

chocolate can be used in hundreds of recipes from cookies and cakes to dessert pizza and s'mores sandwiches.

February is Valentine's month after all and chocolates are the number one gift for lovers to give.

Chocolate Oreo Pancakes

Let's start the day with a stack of my chocolatey Oreo pancakes. Anyone who loves chocolate will devour these. The pancakes are made with cocoa powder and cookies and the cream is made with the cookie filling and whipping cream.

If you aren't in the mood for pancakes, these fun cereal bowls are adorable and easy to make! They are also a fun way to serve a romantic bowl of chocolate dipped strawberries.

Keto Chocolate Bread

As a snack, this chocolate bread is the perfect low-carb treat for anyone. Made with coconut and almond flour, you get the rich chocolatey flavor in a tender loaf without the guilt. The kids will love it too. I like to add fruit to mine.

Speaking of fruit, one of my favorite Valentine's traditions is to dip strawberries in melted chocolate. Rather than going to The Melting Pot, I like to make this chocolate fondue at home in my slow cooker.

Easy Chocolate Mousse

With just five ingredients, this chocolate mousse is easy to make and is luxuriously creamy. It takes less than 30 minutes of prep work too and there is no gelatin either. Just smooth velvety chocolate indulgence for those who love chocolate. You don't even have to turn on the oven!
