February 21st is Pancake Day - Let's Make Pancakes!

Pancakes Have been around for thousands of years. The ancient greeks made them with flour, Honey, and milk.

They come in all sizes too. My kids love it when I make these mini pancakes also known as Silver dollars.

Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

Trying to get the kids to eat healthier? These pancakes will do it! Made from oats, these are deliciously healthy and packed with lots of blueberries too. And to keep them from being dry, I add a whole cup of Greek yogurt and some milk. There is no way they won't love these!

These fluffy cakes have cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream to top them off. They are more like a dessert than breakfast though so keep that in mind.

Chocolate Oreo Pancakes

Speaking of dessert, this is the perfect breakfast for those who want to make it special. They are made with real Oreo cookies and whipped cream and I have to admit, these are my favorite pancakes in my recipe box.

I made these after I tasted the ones at IHop and fell in love. They're packed with chocolate chips and then they are topped with my homemade tres leches syrup and favorite toppings like berries and whipped cream.

Banana Pancakes

Fluffy, buttery, and sweet with delicate banana flavor, these are another of my favorites. They taste like banana bread but they are so easy to make and only take a few minutes. All you need is a few ingredients and you can serve the whole family a stack of homemade cakes.
