Lemon Pepper Wings
Lemon Pepper Wings make a delicious snack for game day, they are coated in a lemon honey mixture and baked to crispy perfection.

- 4 lb chicken wings
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.
Toss chicken wings in the mixture. Arrange the wings on a wire rack set on a baking sheet, making sure they don't touch each other.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove wings from the oven.
Place on a platter and serve immediately.
