  • 4 medium carrots peeled & cut into fries
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Place carrots fries into the air fryer basket in a single layer and not touching. You may need to cook in batches this recipe.
  • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping the carrots halfway through. Cook until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
  • Serve immediately with a sprinkle of sea salt on top and your favorite dipping sauce.
