  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6.8 oz pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping divided
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms red and green


  • Add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter into a bowl, mix well and press the mixture into a 9×13 pan.
  • Chill for 30 mins.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar. After that, on low speed, beat in 2 cups of cool whip.
  • Add an even layer over the chilled crust.
  • Mix the milk and pudding mix together until thick.
  • Add the pudding into an even layer over the cream cheese layer.
  • Spread the remaining cool whip on top. Garnish with M&M's.
  • Refrigerate for 6-8 hours before slicing and serving.
