Pistachio Dessert Recipe
Pistachio Dessert is a unique and easy treat with a crunchy sweet crust, creamy pudding center, and a fluffy whipped topping.
Servings 12 servings
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
- 6.8 oz pistachio pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cup whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping divided
- 1/4 cup M&Ms red and green
Add graham cracker crumbs and melted butter into a bowl, mix well and press the mixture into a 9×13 pan.
Chill for 30 mins.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar. After that, on low speed, beat in 2 cups of cool whip.
Add an even layer over the chilled crust.
Mix the milk and pudding mix together until thick.
Add the pudding into an even layer over the cream cheese layer.
Spread the remaining cool whip on top. Garnish with M&M's.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours before slicing and serving.
