Air Fryer Meatloaf Recipe

Air Fryer Meatloaf can be prepared and ready to eat in less than 30 minutes. Made with ground beef, cheddar cheese, an egg, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, milk, onion, and breadcrumbs.

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion very finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper or to taste


  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar


  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl combine the glaze ingredients, stir and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the meatloaf ingredients until combined.
  • After that, divide the mixture in half and make 2 small meatloaves, that are about 5" long and 2" wide.
  • If your air fryer basket is too small, cook them in batches. Transfer the meatloaf into the basket and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Next, brush the glaze on top topping and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
