Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy and cheesy, ready in just a few minutes in the pressure cooker. Great to enjoy it during the summertime at the pool or bbq.

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or veggies broth
  • 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts drained
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 box 10 oz frozen spinach
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 15 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Add the broth to the bottom of the pot.
  • Add the drained artichokes, minced garlic, frozen spinach, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, and salt. Do NOT stir.
  • Lock the lid and make sure the valve points to SEALED.
  • Pressure cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes. After that, do a quick release of the pressure by turning the valve on top to “VENTING.”
  • Open the lid and add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stir until smooth.
  • Serve with pita chips, pretzels, and crunchy veggies.
