Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip is creamy and cheesy, ready in just a few minutes in the pressure cooker. Great to enjoy it during the summertime at the pool or bbq.
Servings 6 servings
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or veggies broth
- 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts drained
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 box 10 oz frozen spinach
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 15 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Add the broth to the bottom of the pot.
Add the drained artichokes, minced garlic, frozen spinach, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, and salt. Do NOT stir.
Lock the lid and make sure the valve points to SEALED.
Pressure cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes. After that, do a quick release of the pressure by turning the valve on top to “VENTING.”
Open the lid and add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stir until smooth.
Serve with pita chips, pretzels, and crunchy veggies.
