Honey Garlic Mustard Chicken
Honey Garlic Mustard Chicken made with just 6 ingredients and in one pan only, makes weeknight dinners easy, delicious and budget friendly.

- 6 chicken thighs skin on
- 10 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup extra olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard powder
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except chicken and mix.
Add the chicken into the bowl and make sure it is well covered.
Place the chicken onto a baking pan, pour any excess sauce over the chicken.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes on the bottom rack of your oven or until the chicken is golden brown.
Serve with rice.
