Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Drain sliced pickles on paper towels.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour and spices.
  • Coat sliced pickles with the flour mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer. Work in batches if needed.
  • Spray with a cooking spray or drizzle with a bit of olive oil
  • Cook for 10 minutes then flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  • Blot out moisture from the slices to prevent sogginess.
  • Remember to air-fry them on a single layer only, or they may not cook up properly.
  • Do them in batches if you’re making a big serving.
  • Try adding a little cornstarch to Cajun-seasoned flour to make them extra-crispy.
