2 cups sliced dill pickles 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 tablespoon Cajun spice 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Olive oil
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Drain sliced pickles on paper towels.
In a medium bowl, mix together flour and spices.
Coat sliced pickles with the flour mixture and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer. Work in batches if needed.
Spray with a cooking spray or drizzle with a bit of olive oil
Cook for 10 minutes then flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Blot out moisture from the slices to prevent sogginess.
Remember to air-fry them on a single layer only, or they may not cook up properly.
Do them in batches if you’re making a big serving.
Try adding a little cornstarch to Cajun-seasoned flour to make them extra-crispy.
