Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars is an easy low-carb treat that tastes just like a peanut butter cup!

- 3 cups fine almond flour
- 8 ounces unsalted butter
- 1 cup Swerve confectioner's sugar style
- 3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients for the bars together and spread into an 8-inch pan. Press and smooth the layer.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat if needed.
Spread the chocolate topping on top of the bars.
Refrigerate for at least two hours, or until the bars are easy to cut.
