Croissant French Toast Casserole
Croissant French Toast Casserole makes breakfast an extra special affair! Cubed croissants are baked in a creamy custard infused with spices and vanilla, with pecans for crunch.

- 9 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 10 large croissants cubed
Glaze - optional:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk or more
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable oil spray and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, half and half, both sugars, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Add in the croissant pieces and chopped pecans, gently stir until custard is soaked into the croissants.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Mix powdered sugar with milk and drizzle the glaze over the casserole before serving, garnish with berries and serve.
