  • 4 pork chops I used bone-in
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • Fresh rosemary optional


  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar


  • Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • Stir the Rub ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pat dry the pork chops and rub the RUB mixture into them. Set aside.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil, once hot, add the pork chops and brown well on both sides, in batches.
  • Stir together the SAUCE ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the pork chops on the bottom of a baking pan, I used a 9x13 baking pan. Pour the sauce over the pork chops. Add rosemary if using.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 °F.
  • Remove and serve.
