Apple cider and champagne come together for a fizzy and refreshing cocktail bursting with fruity flavors and warm autumn spices.

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 ½ cup apple cider chilled
- 1 bottle champagne chille
In a small shallow plate, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, stir to combine.
Dip champagne flutes in a bit of cold water to wet the rims, then dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set aside.
Fill champagne flutes 1/4 full with chilled apple cider, then fill with chilled champagne.
Garnish with apple slices and serve.
