  • 2 cups peach nectar juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen - sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups peach chunks fresh or frozen or canned
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime


  • Lime slices and mint sprigs


  • Place all the smoothie ingredients in the blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and serve, garnished with lime and mint if desired.
