  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper use more or less
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds


  • Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir with a fork to fully combine.
  • Add to a mason jar and close with the lid.
  • Store in a dry, dark place.
