  • 1/2 large cucumber unpeeled
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced


  • Grate the cucumber and drain through a fine-mesh sieve overnight in the fridge.
  • In a large bowl combine yogurt with garlic, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and salt, stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Add the grated cucumber and fresh dill to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine when ready to serve.
  • Serve chilled with pita bread and veggies for dipping.
