6 chicken legs bone-in and skin-on 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste Garnish: Fresh rosemary Lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 10x10 baking dish with olive oil and set it aside. In a large bowl mix lemon juice, honey, and olive oil. Add chicken legs and toss to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken reaches 165 degrees F or until golden brown. Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired for extra crispy skin.
