- 3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 12 ounce can beer use your favorite
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, next, add the beer and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Pour melted butter over mixture.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, after which place bread on a wire rack to continue cooling.
Slice and serve.
