  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 medium red chili deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small green chile finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 10-15 minutes to release all the flavors. For best results, refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours before serving.
  2. The sauce can be used as a marinade, as a sauce or as a dip.
  3. Serve over steak or seafood.
