Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes plus more for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons water

Garnish:

  • Chopped roasted peanuts
  • Green onions
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and red pepper flakes.
