In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs, milk and melted butter, whisk until smooth. Cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease with cooking spray or oil an 8x12 inches baking dish with vegetable oil and set aside.
Place a medium skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon of oil and once hot, add the sausages. Brown them on all sides.
Once done, transfer them to the prepared casserole dish, sprinkle with chopped green onions and pour the egg batter mixture over them.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until risen and golden-brown.
