Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs skin on
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup extra olive oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except chicken and mix.
  3. Add the chicken into the bowl and make sure it is well covered.
  4. Place the chicken onto a baking pan, pour any excess sauce over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes on the bottom rack of your oven or until the chicken is golden brown.
  6. Serve with rice.
