Ingredients

  • 4 cups white chocolate chopped
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Add foil pr waxed paper to a 8x8" baking pan.
  2. Place a medium saucepan on medium heat add the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, molasses, and butter.
  3. Whisk constantly until everything is melted, smooth, combined and creamy.
  4. Whisk in the vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves.
  5. Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread the mixture evenly, level the top and immediately add sprinkles.
  6. Let firm for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
  7. When hard enough, slice and serve.
