  • 8 oz Rotini
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream


  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • Parsley chopped


  1. Add all the ingredients, except sour cream, to a 6qt slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on low for 90 minutes to 2 hours, stirring from time to time. If your slow cooker runs hot, at 90 minutes the pasta might be ready.
  3. Once cooked, stir in gently sour cream, cover and cook for another 10-15 mins. Serve warm.
