Vegan French Toast is super easy to make and is made with absolutely no eggs or dairy. Top it with agave or some maple syrup and dig in!
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the bread. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and grease with one tablespoon vegan butter or coconut oil.
Dip each slice of bread in the prepared batter for about 20 seconds per side.
Place in the pan and cook until golden-brown on the bottom, flip and cook on the other until golden-brown. About 3-4 minutes.
Top with fresh fruit, maple syrup and confectioners sugar.
