Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice cold
  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 pineapple Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • fresh pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
