You do not need to go out for dinner when you can make your favorite Asian dish at home. With flank steak, ginger, soy sauce, and some other seasonings, this homemade Mongolian Beef is perfect. 

Here's What You Need

To make Instant Pot Mongolian Beef, you will need: -Flank steak -Lite soy sauce -Garlic cloves -Brown sugar -Fresh ginger -Cornstarch -Extra virgin olive oil -Rice vinegar -Water For the cornstarch slurry: -Cornstarch -Water For garnish: -Sesame seeds -Green onions

STEP 1

First, add one tablespoon of cornstarch and your beef to a large ziplock bag and shake until it is coated. Then, use the sauté feature on your instant pot to sear the beef on both sides for two or three minutes. 

STEP 2

Next, add all the other ingredients to the pot and stir thoroughly. Close the lid and seal it before setting it on high pressure for eight minutes. After, let it naturally release for 10 minutes before opening

STEP 3

Mix the two slurry ingredients until the cornstarch is dissolved. Then add it to the pot and set it to sauté for another two minutes until it is thick, stirring frequently. After, let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
