For the corn salsa: -Yellow corn -Fresh lemon juice -Fresh lime juice -Seeded and finely chopped jalapeno -Freshly chopped cilantro -Diced red onion -Kosher salt

For the avocado sauce:: -Avocado -Honey -Lime juice -Greek yogurt -Deseeded and chopped jalapeno -Fresh cilantro -Kosher salt For serving: -Toasted brioche hamburger buns

STEP 1

To begin, combine all of the burger ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and form 3 to 4 patties of about the same size. 

STEP 2

Next, heat up a skillet on medium. Add a tablespoon of oil and cook patties for 5 minutes on each side or until they are no longer pink in the middle.

Step 3

Then, put all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and chill until needed. After, mix the avocado sauce ingredients in a food processor on high speed until it is  smooth.

Step 4

After, spread the avocado sauce on the bottom of each bun. Top with a turkey burger, a scoop of corn salsa, and the top bun. Serve immediately.
