This light and creamy Panna Cotta has the taste of rich dark chocolate with fluffy whipped cream and tangy berries on top. 

Here's What You Need

For this recipe, you need: -Chopped dark chocolate -Milk -Whipping cream -Vanilla extract -Water -Gelatin -Salt -Extra-fine granulated sugar For the toppings: -Whipped cream -Berries -Shaved chocolate -Fruit sauce

STEP 1

Heat milk, salt, and sugar over medium heat until it boils. Then, remove it from the stovetop and set it aside. 

STEP 2

After, mix the gelatin and water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes. Pour it into the heated milk mixture and whisk until dissolved. 

STEP 3

Now, add chocolate and whisk until combined. Let it sit until it is lukewarm and then stir in the whipping cream and vanilla. 

STEP 4

Finally, pour the chocolate mixture into glasses and let it chill for a few hours. Serve with whipped cream, berries, and chocolate shavings on top.
