Here's What You Need

To make this scrumptious Strawberry Sorbet, you just need a few ingredients, including:  -Strawberries -Honey or maple syrup -Lime zest and juice -Warm water

STEP 1

First, if you are using fresh strawberries, freeze them until they are solid, about two hours. Then, add them to your food processor or blender. 

STEP 2

Blend the frozen strawberries until smooth. Add some warm water to loosen it up and press it to the bottom with a spatula.

Step 3

Once it is smooth, add a bit of honey. Taste and add more if needed before adding the lime juice and zest. 

Step 4

When you are done, spoon the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Or you can eat it soft if you do not want to wait!
