For this recipe, you need:-Golden Oreos-Cream cheese-Strawberry shortcake crumbs-Lemon zestFor the coating:-White chocolate chips-Red candy melts-Vegetable shortening or oil-Strawberry shortcake crumbs
STEP 1
First, add cookies to a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs. Then, add cream cheese and pulse until completely mixed.

Next, spoon the mixture into a bowl and stir in 2/3 cup of the strawberry shortcake crumbs and lemon zest. Cover and chill for 30 to 60 minutes.

After chilling, roll the dough into smooth balls. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and chill for another hour.

Next, melt the chocolate chips and oil in the microwave. Stir well and dip each truffle into the bowl with a toothpick. Place them on the baking sheet and chill for another 30 minutes.
STEP 5
After, melt the red chocolate and pour it into a sandwich bag. Cut off the tip of one corner and drizzle the red chocolate on the truffles. Sprinkle with crumbs, chill for an hour, and then serve.
