For this recipe, you need: -Warm water -Instant yeast -All-purpose flour -Unsalted melted butter -White granulated sugar -Milk -Large eggs -Salt For the strawberry filling: -Seedless strawberry jam -Diced strawberries -Lemon juice -Lemon zest -Cornstarch

For the cream cheese icing: -Cream cheese -Softened unsalted butter -Lemon zest -Lemon juice -Vanilla extract -Powdered sugar -Salt

STEP 1

First, mix flour and salt in a large bowl and set it aside. Then, mix the yeast, warm water, and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a different bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.

STEP 2

Next, add eggs, sugar, milk, and butter to the yeast and whisk. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and stir. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. 

STEP 3

Now, heat strawberries for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir for 2 more minutes Remove and add the strawberry jam. Chill until needed.

STEP 4

Heat oven to 350 degrees F and prep a baking pan. Then, roll out dough with floured hands until it is 16x13 inches and 1/4 inch thick. Spread filling onto the dough. 

STEP 5

Then, roll the dough into a log starting at the long edge. Cut into 12 slices and place them in the baking pan. Let them rest for 10 minutes before baking them for 20 to 25 minutes.

STEP 6

To make the icing, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla, sugar, and salt and mix well. Ice rolls while they are warm and serve with fresh strawberries.
