For this recipe, you need:-Strawberry curd-White chocolate-Unsalted butter-Lemon zest-Lemon juice-All-purpose flour-Vanilla bean seeds-Powdered sugar-Large eggs-Large egg yolks-Pink gel food color
STEP 1
First preheat oven to 425 degrees F and butter six ramekins. Melt butter and white chocolate in the microwave in increments until it is melted and smooth.
STEP 2
After, whisk in the food coloring, vanilla bean seeds, lemon zest and juice, strawberry curd, powdered sugar, and flour.

Next, add the eggs and egg yolks, whisking well. Divide into ramekin cups and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove and let them stand for 5 minutes before serving with powdered sugar.
