For this recipe, you need:-Sliced fresh strawberries-Unsalted butter-Large egg yolks-Vanilla bean seeds-Fresh lemon juice-Granulated white sugar-Cornstarch

First, blend strawberries in a food processor or blender until smooth. Then, push it through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

Next, add cornstarch and sugar to a medium pot on medium low heat. Whisk in the strawberry puree, lemon juice, and vanilla bean seeds a little at a time.

Add egg yolks and bring mixture to a boil on medium heat whisking constantly. Continue to cook and whisk constantly for one minute.

Remove from heat and add butter, whisking until melted and combined. Place plastic wrap right on the curd to prevent a film and chill for about 8 hours before serving.
