All you need for this recipe is: -Fresh spinach -Heavy cream -Whole milk -Flour -Butter -Minced garlic -Cream cheese -Shredded gruyere cheese -Grated parmesan cheese

All you need for this recipe is:  -Lemon zest -Paprika -Red pepper flakes -Salt -Pepper -Olive oil For the topping: -Shredded gouda cheese -Panko breadcrumbs -Lightly crushed fried onions

STEP 1

First, preheat oven to 350 F and mix the gouda cheese and half the fried onions with the panko. Then, cook spinach until wilted, about 5 minutes. 

STEP 2

Next, heat butter until bubbly. Add garlic, cooking for 2 minutes. Then mix in cream, milk, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until thick. 

STEP 3

After, reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted. Add gouda and gruyere, stirring well after each addition. 

STEP 4

Then, mix in the parmesan cheese before adding spinach back to the pan. Stir well before adding the fried onions.

STEP 5

Last, pour spinach mixture into your dish, add panko, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Then, let it sit for 10 minutes before serving with lemon zest.
