For this recipe, you need: -Sliced Persian cucumbers -Korean chili flakes -Toasted sesame seeds -Granulated sugar -Sriracha sauce -Chili powder -Chili oil -Sesame oil -Rice vinegar -Soy sauce -Minced garlic -Salt

STEP 1

First, add the salt and cucumber slices to a bowl and stir before letting them sit for 10 minutes. Then, drain excess liquid. 

STEP 2

Now, add the remaining ingredients to the cucumbers and stir to combine. Serve or cover and chill until you are ready to serve it.
