For this recipe you need: -Chicken wings -Baking powder -Salt For the sauce: -Honey -Butter -Gochujang -Soy sauce -Rice vinegar -White sugar -Minced ginger -Minced garlic -Sesame oil For garnish: -Crushed toasted peanuts -Chopped green onions -Toasted sesame seeds

STEP 1

First, preheat oven to 250 F and line baking sheet with foil and an oiled wire rack. Pat chicken dry and toss with salt and baking powder. 

STEP 2

Now, place chicken on the rack in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes. Then, increase heat to 425 F and bake for 45 minutes. 

STEP 3

Meanwhile, saute garlic and ginger in a small saucepan for 3 minutes. Then, add the remaining sauce ingredients and cook for 3 more minutes. 

STEP 4

Afterward, turn off the stove but leave the saucepan on the warm burner to keep the sauce warm while you finish. 

STEP 5

Next, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce until well coated. Sprinkle with seeds, onions, and nuts before serving.
