For this recipe, you need:-Yukon Gold potatoes-Green cabbage-Sliced red onion-Salted butter-Minced garlic-Vegetable broth-Lemon juice-Liquid smoke-Oregano-Paprika-Black pepper-Salt-Crushed red pepper flakes
First, melt the butter in a Dutch oven on medium high heat. Add the onion and then cook until soft, about five minutes.
Then, add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds before adding the rest of the ingredients.
Now, cover and reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally as it cooks.
Remove the lid and turn the heat back to medium high. Let it cook for about 14 minutes, until the liquid is gone, stirring often. Garnish and serve.
